Bruno Maia was born in Rio de Janeiro and began to photograph during his time at the University of Social Communication
at PUC -Rio. He has developed his passion for photos since he began his job in tourism and environment. He has been in 7 continents, 17 countries, photographing the natural beauties of the Earth. He has traveled to places such as
Galápagos, South Africa, Costa Rica and Australia, although the focus of his job is the Brazilian destinations:
Amazonia, Pantanal, Chapada dos Veadeiros, Foz do Iguaçu, Lencóis Maranhenses, Rio de Janeiro and Fernando de Noronha, where he produced a video documentary "The Atlantic Face", about the preservation of the Island.

Bruno believes that with his photos of nature it is possible to motivate everyone to respect the environment, encouraging
people who see his work to become defenders of the Earth. His personal imagebank has more than 5.000 images of Brazil and all over the world.
